Will
Parks resolves disputes. Through negotiation,
litigation, arbitration, and mediation, Will Parks dedicates
his time to resolving his client's problems. Will seeks clients
who desire exceptional representation and exceptional outcomes.
To those clients, he offers excellent counsel, advice and representation in
a variety of legal matters, both simple and complex.
Will
Parks is a trained mediator. As a mediator, he acts as a
neutral third-party who attempts to resolve a existing dispute
between two or more parties. Will's only interest in a
mediation is the successful resolution of the dispute in a
manner agreeable to all parties involved. Mediation is
completely voluntary, and mediation can be far more cost and
time efficient than litigation. Surveys show that 86% of
mediations are successful, and of these, most parties feel
that their disputes were resolved in a "WIN-WIN"
fashion.
