During six years in Birmingham, Will's practice was 100% dedicated to litigation.  As an associate with Page Law Firm, LLC, and later as a principal of Page Parks, LLC, Will represented business and individual clients in a variety of complex disputes.  Will litigated cases in 26 of Alabama's 67 counties, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.  Will also arbitrated matters before the American Arbitration Association, JAMS Dispute Resolution Services, and the International Committee for Assigned Names and Numbers.
