Unsolicited email from potential clients

Email policies

Page Law  Firm uses email in a similar manner to the way it uses regular mail or hand delivery.  You should as well.  Until we have an attorney client relationship, do not disclose to us your confidences, secrets or anything else that you do not want disclosed

You would not write your secrets down and mail them off to a lawyer, without knowing whether or not the lawyer represented your adversary, or was  willing to consider representing you. Until you have our express agreement to treat your information as confidential, you should make no disclosures to us.   

Page Law  Firm does not respond to unsolicited mailings, and will not keep your unsolicited information confidential.

Do not send us unsolicited email or mail. It is becoming increasingly common for potential clients to broadcast detailed emails to many lawyers seeking advice, representation or assistance.   Some of these people may even be attempting to create conflicts of interest.  We will not respond to such mailings, and will not treat the information as confidential.
